These are design references, not sources for the stories. The original research opened and captured all five sites. The playable cover borrows control proximity, distinct story treatments and comfortable reading rhythm.

One obvious thing to do

Nicky Case’s The Evolution of Trust introduces an idea, then gives you a clear Play button. Here, the featured story offers an optional edit with a visible consequence. Reading is always available without playing. The research covered the opening and post-Play introduction, not the complete game.

Bartosz Ciechanowski’s explanations keep manipulation and consequence together. The labels, lines and receipts in this notebook should change within the same view as their controls. These are illustrative examples, not reconstructions of historical events.

A title and a picture, not a dossier

Panic’s blog makes a post legible before it asks you to read it. The notebook gives its stories different forms: an editable cover, a record-retention example and an illustrated essay entry. The illustrations are the existing Clawbotomy cast, not copied reference artwork.
